Stewardship

Vision requires responsibility.

The founding vision and executive leadership guiding Villa Gnecchi Ruscone through the Scuderia Milano Founding Chapter.

At the Origin

Two responsibilities. One enduring house.

Scuderia Milano is being shaped through a clear division of responsibility: the founding vision and stewardship of Villa Gnecchi Ruscone, joined by accountable executive leadership through the Founding Chapter.

This page names that responsibility publicly. The wider Founding Roll remains private by default and is published only where an individual member has expressly chosen recognition.

Philip George Dunmore

Chief Executive Officer

Philip George Dunmore

Phil leads Scuderia Milano through its Founding Chapter. He carries executive responsibility for the member proposition, strategic relationships, partner development and the disciplined translation of the Villa vision into an operational private members house.

As the public executive point of responsibility, he connects the Club’s automotive, hospitality and philanthropic programmes while restoration and founding activity advance in parallel.

Umberto Ronsisvalle

Founder & Custodian of the Villa Vision

Umberto Ronsisvalle

Umberto originated the Scuderia Milano vision at Villa Gnecchi Ruscone and safeguards its legal, cultural and long-term strategic foundations. His role preserves the relationship between the protected Villa, its restoration and the permanent institution intended to emerge from it.

Founding vision and executive delivery remain distinct, complementary responsibilities—held together by a shared obligation to the house and its future members.

The Founding Chapter

Built through personal responsibility.
