The founding circle is intentionally small. Founders enter the house at its origin, take the first seat at the table and shape the cultural direction before operations begin.

Chief Executive Officer · Scuderia MilanoPhil leads the composition of the founding circle, the automotive and hospitality ecosystem, and the private conversations through which the house takes shape. The Italian family retains the custodial and operational role around the Villa itself.
The Founding Roll

Every founding name becomes part of the permanent record of Villa Gnecchi Ruscone. Public recognition is never presumed: each founder chooses whether their name remains private, is acknowledged at the house, or may be shared publicly.
Real-Asset Position
A fractional co-ownership position in the Villa company, held alongside the founding Italian family.
Life Membership
A permanent founding seat in the Club: suites, table, garage, atelier, calendar and private society.
Italian Anchor
For those who qualify, the Villa may support residence planning under the Italian flat-tax framework, subject to personal advice.
