Privacy Statement
How personal data is handled.
Data we may receive
- Identification and contact details such as your name and email address.
- The interest selected and the message you choose to send.
- Business, membership, partnership or event information shared during later correspondence.
- Technical security data and standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access, where recorded by the hosting provider.
Please do not submit health data, financial account details, identity documents or other sensitive information through the initial enquiry form.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and taking requested pre-contractual steps: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Operating, securing and improving the website and managing appropriate business relationships: legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Meeting legal, regulatory or evidential obligations: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Optional direct marketing: only where legally permitted or where valid consent has been obtained. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Where the data comes from
Website enquiry data is obtained directly from you. Technical delivery and security data is generated when your browser requests the website or when the hosting environment records an event.
Required and optional information
The form marks the information required to receive and answer an enquiry. If you do not provide those fields, the website cannot submit the request. You decide what additional information to include in the message field; please do not provide special-category or highly sensitive data.
Recipients and processors
Access is limited to authorised project personnel and service providers who need the information for hosting, email delivery, IT support, professional advice, security or administration. Those providers act under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing arrangements where required. Data may be shared with a future Scuderia Milano operating entity only where there is a lawful basis, appropriate transparency and suitable safeguards.
International transfers
Where a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, an appropriate GDPR transfer mechanism will be used where required, such as an adequacy decision or approved standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Initial enquiries that do not develop into an active relationship are normally deleted or anonymised within 24 months. Active member, partner, supplier and contractual records are retained for the relationship and any applicable statutory, accounting or legal-claims period. Routine security logs are normally retained for no longer than 12 months, unless an incident, legal obligation or evidential need requires longer preservation.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, which is why sensitive information should not be submitted through the enquiry form.
Automated decisions
The website does not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR and any lawful limitations, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact privacy@scuderia-milano.com. A response will normally be provided within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority where you live or work.
Cookie Policy

Current status · no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies
This website uses one strictly necessary first-party cookie solely to remember that the cookie notice has been acknowledged. It does not currently load analytics, advertising, social-media tracking, profiling technology, embedded third-party videos or marketing pixels.
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, but their purpose must still be explained. The notice can be reopened at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Clearing browser cookies removes the saved preference.
The hosting provider may process standard server logs for website delivery, availability and security. Server logs are not browser cookies. External websites opened through links apply their own privacy and cookie policies.
If analytics, marketing technology, embedded media or any other non-essential storage is introduced, it must remain blocked until the visitor has made a prior, free, informed and specific choice. This policy and the preference interface must then be updated before those technologies are activated.

Reasonable care is taken in preparing the site, but information may change and is provided without a guarantee of completeness or continuing accuracy. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
